Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I stayed for one night in a King Room Non-Smoking which was fairly comfortable, and the bed was cozy. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues, particularly with cobwebs and a lingering cigarette smell in the hallway. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which I appreciated. While my overall experience was decent, I believe the hotel could benefit from better upkeep and maintenance.

The room was cozy and had a nice hot shower, which was just what we needed after driving all day. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the complimentary cookies in the afternoon. The only downside was the lack of an ice machine, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 🏖️

this stay was much better than my last trip in louisville. the room was clean and the breakfast offered delicious waffles that made mornings enjoyable. overall, baymont really exceeded my expectations this time!
